SYMPTOM
Some people who try to register receive this:

As you can see, the email address is broken and clicking the link does not work and verification will fail.
SOLUTION
This problem is because some email servers limit the email to 80 columns, and if there are too many columns then the mail server will break it up. The 80 column limit is the original limit for email.
A workaround has been added to the script where the user can enter the validation code in manually.
You may edit your email template to remove the automated link, and just ask your users to type in the email manually.
