There is no limit to how many grids you can have. You can create as many grids as you like from the 'Pixel Inventory' menu in the admin.
When users go to buy pixels, they will be given a drop down list of the grids to select from.
You can easily embed the grids in to your web pages, just copy and paste the HTML code from the 'Get HTML Code' section in the Admin.
