How do you delete advertisers?

1. From the Admin panel menu, click on 'List Advertisers'
2. Select the account that you want to delete, and hit 'Delete'
3. The script will delete the account. If the advertiser has an Order or owns some pixels, the script will warn you. You can click 'click here to delete anyway' to delete the account anyway.
