Billing and VAT funktion

Hi there,I don't know what the best way to add taxes would be, the easiest and quickest way might just be to modify the payment module.Are you wanting to send an invoice for orders which are not yet completed? You could probably modify the order process to send the email you want when you want it to go.I can add a feature request to the tracker for these things but I don't know if or when they would be added yet.
