install.php and config.php

Hi,I am trying to install the script.I have setup a database using cPanel and have followed instructions, yet when I go to http://www.mydomain.com/admin/install.php I see a message:"config.php not found. Maybe you have to rename config-default.php to config.php".But in install pack(2.1) from website file config.php does not exist.If I rename config-default.php to config.php and go to:http://www.mydomain.com/admin/install.php I see a blank page without any messages, errors, any help?Thanks H.
