confused about the script.

Is it just a pixel box or a website script? I was trying to add it to the front of my wordpress. Is this possible?

It can be either. You can get the iframe code to paste it any place you like from the admin area. You can find this under the Get HTML Code link.
Paypal will work in the iframe?
The script still has to be installed but it doesn't have to be the front page of your website. You could install it into a subdirectory on your server if you like. It has an admin area and a users area. You would have to link to the users area for them to create accounts and make orders and whatnot. You might want to give the development snapshot a try though.
