Start with the result, not a feature name.

What repetitive work should disappear? What would help you sell, fulfil, measure, or present a campaign more effectively? Who would use it, and what would a successful workflow look like from their point of view?

If you have a workaround today, describe it. Concrete examples make it easier to compare ideas, find simpler solutions, and shape extensions that solve real problems.
