URGENT HELP NEEDED - IMAGES NOT OUTPUTING AS .gif

First let me commend you for creating this in genius site. but there is one problem i am facing.. i am trying to get the output page with the grids to display each image within a block as .gif. because i want each block to have some form of motion.i already set the output format to gif but it doesn't seem to work. how can i fix this????and if possible can i change the upload section to accept videos???

So you want to allow animated gifs? I don't think this will work without modifying the code. Nor for videos. It will take the uploaded files and resize them and whatnot. That wouldn't work for videos either. But if you were to play around with the code it might be possible somehow or another.
