How to add text in payment/checkout page?

Currently, i have no online payment supported. So, how can i add my personal TEXT here ?? I need to ask my Local Customer to give me a phone call and make payment via LOCAL BANK. Please help me~

Hi,I think you could either add your own payment plugin or modify the output in the page you are on there.
