Best/Cheapest Hosting Providers to use for this?

Hey everyone,I'm trying to use GoDaddy, but having many issues with the installation. I'm looking for the cheapest option available for my site to function. I currently pay $11/yr for domain registration, and hosting is free through godaddy because I'm a deluxe member. Anyone have anything close? Maybe something that is a few dollars a month?I'd really like to get this up and running quickly, I'm trying to sell pixels with the funds going to aid in the Japan catastrophe.Thanks!
