Need help from Africa to create a dynamic website

Hello All, I am a young African entrepreneur. Is there any web-developer out-there who can help me to develop a dynamic website which will include one page containing the MDS module? I need to customize it. I am not well an expert in web-development. I need to raise some funding to finance my start-up. thanks.
