got it sir. another error showed up Deprecated: mysql_connect(): The mysql extension is deprecated and will be removed in the future: use mysqli or PDO instead in C:xampphtdocsmilconfig.php on line 164
That is just a warning. You should set your PHP error reporting lower in your php.ini file on a production site.
