Images not resizing

Image when uploaded to the grid are not resizing to fit the number of blocks purchased...I need the client to be able to choose 1 block and then have their uploaded image fit that space.

I have to get the versions of your OS, PHP, GD if you even have it installed. What web server and version? Do you get any errors in your error logs?
