Delete user - ads took up blank space

I try my best to explain my issue.I am testing ,about to go live.I deleted all user and ads after testing ,however Not for sale, there a yellow square box occupying.Map of order show the square box image - with status reservedIn the transactions , Balance show 5000Ads list status show approved but not publishClick report shows 1How to reset or delete the above?
