Can't save 'Not For Sale' pixels beyond line 9.

I deleted a couple of ads (3)on a script that I haven't used for a while and on the last one received failure message (can't remember exact details)and lost all 'not for sale' marked pixels from bottom right up to position 990 and while I am able to mark pixels in this region they don't save. It happens with all grids no matter size won't go past line 9. I have reinstalled three times in new folders and databases to no avail. I have been using script since 2008 and never had problem before any ideas.
