Can't Add Field to Form

I have tried multiple times through both the application as well as just adding it to the database. When I try adding a text field I get the error: Saving...OK! You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' ADD 22 VARCHAR( 255 ) NOT NULL' at line 1The only way to get rid of the error is to go through the database and delete the new row created.Any idea on how to fix this?
