Cannot Write Add

I un-commented line 244 in include/dynamic_forms.php Got past the error, wrote the ad, but now i have the error below i get this error after clicking on save Ad[REPLACE INTO ads (ad_id, order_id, user_id, ad_date, banner_id , 1 , 2 ) VALUES ('1', '', '1', '2014-03-22 15:05:55', '1' , 'We accept Dogecoins', 'http://www.altcoinrewards.net/dogepixels/index.php' '') ]Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
