Hi Again, I was able to convert the JPG image into a PNG image that is accepted by the script but ONLY when I decreased my background image size to less than 900x900 px i.e., the problem before was due to the big size of the background image... But still I'm NOT able to use my background image in the size I need which is 1000x1000 px because in order for the script to accept the background image it must be less than 900x900 px in size. So, now I need help for how to use my 1000x1000 px size image as the background.
can u provide with the website and a email?
Web site did not go live yet, I'm still testing on local host [redacted email]
I am having the same problem. I cannot seem to match the image size to the grid size. The picture doesn't seem to load unless I reduce the grid size to 60 x 60 blocks (600x600 px). At that grid size I get varying results with png images that are larger. Does anyone have a formula for matching the image format and size to the grid?
