How to add a pixel link??

I would like to thank you for this script, appreciate a lot. I need to add a Advertisers List link in the navigation bar section. Which will allow user to see the Advertisers Site, how many click each advertisers has etc… Which is similar to this image >> http://www.ashtarak.net/pixellist.gif I don’t know how to do this, can any one please help me Thank you
