Bug with special characters

I was a registered user of MDS v 1.5.11 and it works great, but I'm having troubles with special characters using v2.0.15. In the popup box (when mouse over the ad), the accents (like "é" (e accute)) change to a "?" signal. It happens in any Browser:Opera, Flock, Firefox and IExplorer. Seems like the characters are ok when the box is loading, but when the URL charge, the accents turns to interrogations signals. Does anybody knows why and how to fix it?
