Bank Payment Option Error

Hello I have selected Wire Transfer as one of the ways that people can purchase pixels. When a customer clicks on 'Wire Transfer' to complete their purchase, it gives the following error: "Error: You must be logged in to view this page" Any suggestion as to what may be the problem? Please I really need this to be fixed, and this seems to be the only forum with help on this script. Thanks in advance
