Add AlertPay as a payment module? How?

Hi I would like to add Alertpay as a payment module! How do i do this? Send me this file you may make for me and with how to modify it. Send it to [redacted email] I would like it to only be AlertPay. if you can't do this, tell me how in simple language! Thanks
