Symptoms:
The javascript error "Object required" when viewing the grid.
In FireFox, the error shows up as 'bubble has no properties'
Problem:
The javascript error is because mouseover_box.htm file is missing from the script's directory.
Fix:
Please make sure to upload all the files and directories, as shown in step 3:
