It looks like maybe you have to run the Process Pixels in the admin or maybe you are running out of memory.
If you can set error logging in the main config to:
E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE and then try again and see if you can find an error log on your server somewhere and send me any errors you see that might be useful.

It’s possible maybe the file doesn’t have the right permissions or something didn’t save properly. Maybe the error logs will have info about that as well if you can try to reproduce the issue somehow and make it cause an error if there is one.
